We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept the following refund returns

1.Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. We will refund orders that meet the conditions immediately and you will receive the refund within 24 hours

2.Returns (Unused)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

3.Refunds (Defective quality)

4.Lost  Packages
